Allison Byrd
As the Research Manager, Allie draws on her diverse and varied background in field biology and research. Allie oversees Tin Mountain’s long-standing avian research and stream restoration projects. She supervises the Center's research interns and also implements Community Science initiatives such as Tin Mountain’s Big Night and Christmas Bird Count. Allie enjoys hiking, throwing pottery, and spending time with her pup, Dixie.
Education: BS in Wildlife Biology, University of Rhode Island; MS in Ecology & Environmental Science, University of Maine
