From plants and ponds to forest and trees, and many topics in between, the curriculum of Tin Mountain's Homeschool Series is both broad and deep. Every week, students explore the fields and forests, ponds and streams found around the Nature Learning Center in Albany. Using the outdoors as our classroom, students experience natural sciences through hands-on, experiential learning activities. All classes are held outside except in cases of extreme weather, such as torrential rainstorms or subzero temperatures. Students should dress accordingly.

Homeschool meets from 10 am - noon every Thursday, September 12 through December 19, 2024
Ages: 5-12 (2 groups, divided by age)
Cost: $300 per student (Must be Tin Mountain Members)
Capacity: 12 students per group
