Matthew Good
Matthew joins Tin Mountain this summer as our Trout Ecology Technician. He is particularly looking forward to gaining hands-on field experience with woody additions and further sharpening his skills in macroinvertebrate identification. Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Matthew brings a strong background in freshwater conservation to the team. He previously worked in New Mexico as a field technician with ASIR, monitoring endangered fish species, and served as an entomology intern at the Stroud Water Research Center in Pennsylvania, where he identified macroinvertebrates for water quality monitoring. Matthew holds a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Ecology, Conservation, and Field Biology from Bloomsburg University. In his free time, he enjoys a wide range of outdoor hobbies, including wildlife photography, backpacking, birding, weightlifting, and rock climbing.
